Site and customer security is of prime importance to us. We do not store your credit card details in our database and we offer two methods of secure payment for your convenience; credit/debit card or Paypal. This ensures you can shop with complete confidence.

Our site uses the latest encryption technology, which prevents any 3rd party from being able to intercept and read the information you send us. Manchester Organics has partnered with Worldpay to provide 3D online authentication in the form of Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.

If you are a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card holder you will (depending on your card issuer or bank) be able to benefit from added online payment security during the checkout process to ensure your card is not being used by someone else.

Benefits of Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode
The service is becoming standard across online shopping web sites and is aimed at protecting your card and details against unauthorised use by requiring you to enter a personal password each time you buy. You only need to register once to create your password and during registration you will be communicating directly with your card issuer via a secure link. The information you provide is completely private, will only be visible to you and your card issuer and will not be shared with third parties.

If you are already registered, you will be asked to enter your personal Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode password during the online checkout process in order to complete your purchase.

If you have not yet registered for Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode (and your card qualifies) you will have the opportunity to register securely during the checkout process by following the on-screen instructions. Details entered will be sent via a secure link to your card issuer to confirm your identity and once confirmed you can choose your password. Once registered, you will be taken back to the Worldpay checkout to complete your order. You will then be able to use the same password each time you purchase online at participating shopping web sites (this is not the same as the pin number used when withdrawing cash or shopping in high street stores).
